On the first day of every month, customers line up early for their chance to be one of the first to try the new items. This month’s limited edition treats are sure to please chocolate lovers!

What better way to celebrate the month of love than a velvety five flavor chocolate cookie that is laced with Gideon’s special house-made ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, infused with cherry and topped with chocolate covered cherries. It’s every chocolate cherry lover’s dream come true in the form or a magically delicious cookie! This limited edition cookie is available throughout the month of February (while supplies last each day).

For the coffee lovers, The Fire & Iced Coffee offers a mocha nitro cold brew with a warm spicy finish. The coffee is topped with red sugar that bleeds into your drink. Fire & Ice will be available exclusively at Gideon’s in Disney Springs all month. You can order it regular or with extra heat.

Or celebrate with the Eternal Flame Cake, which is a 3-layer double frosted chocolate masterpiece! One layer consists of red cherry buttercream while the outer layers are a chocolate fudge buttercream mixed with a dash of eternal flame spice. The cake features cherry roses which bleed a stunning red ganache. This work of art in cake form is available February 1 by the slice, then every Saturday and Sunday of February at East End Market and Gideon’s at Disney Springs.
